Hate Sucks

It truly feels like this country is going backwards. While that may come as a relief to some—to me it's a nightmare. Women have less autonomy over their bodies now than when I was a kid. Racism now has a global platform to amplify hate. What dystopia are we currently living in? Can we seriously look back at history and truly be proud of the things we have done?

I came across a photo of a threatened white man holding up a shirt that read "Disco Sucks". He was proudly selling them at the Disco Demotion Night in Chicago. A night that descended into chaos. The mob mentality of a homophobic, racist group feels similar to today, and the design is inspired by counteracting that.

Children are our only hope. The joy and love and wonder and curiosity they carry each day amazes me.
